Cunard Line: Going To The Dogs

We all love our pets as valued members of our families and many of us would like to take them with us on vacation. Alas, other than service animals, that's not possible when we go to sea, with one exception—the incomparable Queen Mary 2.

Alastair Greener, Entertainment Director for Cunard Line, who blogs at We Are Cunard about life aboard Cunard liners Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria, as well as sharing updates about the progress of the line's newest ship, Queen Elizabeth, highlights the most unique feature aboard Queen Mary 2—the ship's kennels. Aboard the luxurious liner, dogs—and even cats—can make transatlantic crossings in nearly as much style and comfort as their owners.

Alister recently shared a behind-the-scenes kennel tour, an interview with Kennel Master Dayle Mercado, and a delightful video created by passenger Nikki Moustaki, who sailed aboard Queen Mary 2 with her rescued Schnauzer Pepper.

Here's a look at Pepper having a great time...
