Carnival Triumph, Back Home in Galveston
In the video below Carnival Cruise Lines executives discuss the $115 million repairs and upgrades to Carnival Triumph, including significant enhancements to the ship's emergency power, operating redundancies and fire safety systems, as well as a number of new Fun Ship 2.0 dining and bar innovations.
The 102,000-ton, 2,758-passenger Carnival Triumph arrived at its homeport of Galveston, Texas, on June 11, 2013 to resume year-round service on 4-day cruises to Cozumel, Mexico, and 5-day cruises to Cozumel and Progreso, Mexico.
