Azamara Visits the Arctic Circle Globe & Rolls Out an Upgrade Deal

Azamara Club Cruises prides themselves on offering guests unique experiences, such as the one enjoyed by guests aboard Azamara Quest’s current Norwegian Fjords and The North Cape voyage. Azamara Quest’s Captain Stig took advantage of the day at sea to provide guests with the opportunity to see the Arctic Circle Globe on Vikingen Island in Norway, which marks a crossing into the Arctic Ocean.

On behalf of Azamara Club Cruises, Azamara Quest, and Captain Stig and his Officers and Crew, Chief Engineer Ole Pederson had the privilege to present a commemorative plaque to local officials and mark the ship’s crossing of the Arctic Circle.

The 14-night destination-immersive voyage includes some of the most stunning scenery of Norway, the Land of the Midnight Sun, and visits the northernmost point of Europe. To enjoy a similar itinerary, you can book Azamara Journey’s June 14, 2014 Norwegian Fjords and The North Cape voyage.

In addition to being immersed in vibrant histories, heralded traditions, and colorful cultures, for a limited time you can receive a double-category upgrade when booking a 2014 Azamara Club Cruises voyage to worldwide destinations. Until Sept 30, 2013, travelers making a new booking will enjoy a Club Veranda Stateroom for the price of a Club Interior Stateroom aboard select Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest Europe and Central America voyages in 2014. More information about Azamara’s Double Upgrade offer can be found at the Azamara Club Cruises website.
