Would our frequent cruisers with Italian heritage enjoy a cruise aboard what was for them a new cruise line and ship—MSC Cruises' lovely MSC Poesia?Vincent and Mary Finelli did have a fine time, but probably won't be back, despite the excellent food and service. Sadly, the ship just isn't wheelchair friendly enough.

On a side note, a friend and colleague was also on the ship with his mother the same week as Vincent and Mary. My friend's mother uses a walker and her experience was similar, which confirms the Finellis' findings regarding issues encountered by those with mobility challenges
