Debby is officially a tropical storm churning about in the Gulf of Mexico. So far the only ship we know of that is sailing an altered itinerary due to the storm is Carnival Ecstasy, as we reported earlier.
Tropical Storm Debby's sights appear to be set on landfall in the US, but her path and intensity are still uncertain. Irregardless, effects are expected to be felt throughout the U.S. Gulf Coast region, including the threat of coastal flooding and locally heavy rain.
