Carnival Liberty Boasts Largest Suites of Any Carnival Cruise Lines Ship

Underscoring the increasing popularity of balcony and suite accommodations, Carnival Cruise Lines recently completed the construction of two super-sized new 750-square-foot suites aboard the Carnival Liberty. Pictured at left is the spacious living room with huge television and seating area.

The newly completed suites—the largest in Carnival's growing fleet of “Fun Ships”—feature an entirely new cabin configuration with a separate bedroom, expansive living area, not one, but two bathrooms, and a large balcony accessible from the living area and bedroom. They sound just right for families who want to spread out and cruise in comfort and style.

Located in the ship’s forward section on Deck 9, the deluxe penthouse suites can accommodate up to five guests—rare in cruise industry staterooms—and include two twin beds that convert to a king (illustrated here at left), a sofa bed, and two pull-down upper beds. Once again, ideal for families.

Carnival Liberty currently offers 7-day Caribbean cruises departing from Miami and in April 2009 will introduce new week-long Western and Exotic Eastern Caribbean itineraries.

Jan 22/2011 will be my third Carnival Cruise. The first two were both on the Victory which my wife and I enjoyed very much.

This 2011 cruise will include a small intimate wedding of my son and lovely wife to be and her sister and my daughter.

I booked three suites and happy with the accomodations.

Will keep this new LARGE suite in mind for the future. As I am now a widower and expect to travel again with my daughter and older brother.

Sounds like perfect accomoations.

Very impressed, thanks for the opportunity to write.
