Agilysys, Inc., a leading provider of innovative information technology and hospitality software solutions, has announced that Royal Caribbean International in Miami has selected the DataMagine(TM) document management solution from Agilysys to streamline operations on Oasis of the Seas, the cruise line's newest ship. Royal Caribbean will use the DataMagine solution to electronically capture guest signatures, digitize sales receipts and consolidate activity waivers."We were looking for an environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional paper-based documents for Oasis of the Seas, and Agilysys offered the ideal solution," said Lisa Bauer, senior vice president, hotel operations, Royal Caribbean International. "The DataMagine solution's electronic waiver capability allows us to consolidate each passenger's activity waivers onto one form, helping reduce liability and increasing guest satisfaction. Digitized receipts enable easy search and retrieval, and we can decrease our dependence on paper with the solution's electronic signature capture feature."
