Guests aboard Holland America Line's Zaandam recently tasted a cocktail called a Tropical Cable Car that they described as “very tasty and smooth.” They liked the drink so much they wrote to Holland America and asked for the recipe.The instructions appeared last week on the Holland America Blog and I thought Cruise Diva Blog readers might enjoy it as well.
So, just in time for summer, here it is ...
Tropical Cable Car
Ingredients:
1 ounce Captain Morgan
1 ounce Malibu Rum
1 ounce house-made sour
1 ounce pineapple juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
1/8th Grapefruit wedge
Mix ingredients together with ice and pour into a martini glass.
